15 Mar The Bledsoe Family
Wil and Sarah Bledsoe live on a ranch two hours from Colorado Springs. Sarah Bledsoe’s labor started at 28 weeks. For six days the doctors stopped her labor. At 29 weeks, their daughters Hayley and Josie were born. Wil said, “By far, the girls being born so soon was the most trying time in our lives.” “From the daily unknowns and scans” …he paused “throughout, Sarah and I were hoping that the girls were growing good and doing good. The uncertainty was really hard.” Sarah added, “It really felt like your Ronald McDonald House was made for the situation we were in.” “People who knew a bit of our story were there for us.” “It was a breath of fresh air. I felt really comfortable here and everyone was so kind!” The Bledsoe’s continue to come back and stay at the Ronald McDonald House while their girls do therapies that further improve their health.
